Technological hall

• in technological hall the fresh water mains is ready, due to the standards in CR med.register, mains of technical steam and compressed air, products links to the manufacturing line

Technological production

• solar technology - 4 reactors of cca 100l/unit
• solar photobioreactors connected to fresh water supply,to formulatory furnace for sterile media production and products links, to manufacturing line
• heterotrophic cultivation - Reactors of total V of 20 litres and 300 litres (firm B-braun Biotech, Germany) linked to fresh water,technical steam units, formulating furnace and production line

Production line

• connected with autotrophic as well as heterotrophic cultivations
• consists of continual centrifuge, cooling boxes, desintegrator of biomass and spray drying room
• the lead from spray drying room is into a clean area for biomass processing

Clean area of C class

• with a separate Flowbox providing A class
• clean area of 18,35 m² is connected with the technological hall by material and personal sluice, steam sterilizator and hot air sterilizator
• the lab table is there, flowbox Biohazard, chemical fridge and 2 bioincubators for cultivation and sample keeping
• a part of the technological hall is a store(8,82 m²), soil preparatory room (14,25 m²) and room for washing(11,44 m²)
